How was everyone's weekend?
Let's make this another successful week, of eating right and getting off our bums!!! Let's have a lot of LOSERS this week, c'mon girls only ten days left to this month, let's finish strong

After realizing all the exercise stuff I have at home, videos, stability ball, step, elliptical, my friend and I made a plan to work out at my house after work every day. Well, she's never made it (sick, important errands, ya know..). My motivation was gone since she wasn't committed either. But I realized today that I refuse to be the excuse maker & I'm going to get my butt in gear when I get home, no matter how boring it is to work out by myself. I cannot revolve my health around someone else's schedule. Wow, that felt good. Hopefully I'll still feel this motivated in an hour.

My miles are still around 12-13 minutes also, but to me that's huge because it used to take me over 20. I never thought I would be running/jogging on a regular basis.
