Praise the Lord!! For getting me through my first week of this lifestyle change.

I made it under 195...what a blessing!!

I've struggled on my own and haven't had much success. Now that I gave it to God I see the future being an answer to my prayers. I prayed to the Lord "I cannot do this on my own" and he stepped in.

Sometimes in my life I hold onto things to long before finally handing them over to God. But, He is faithful and true when you finally surrender to him. May you be richly blessed today.

That is true on my part as well. When we are truly ready to give it up...God knows.

I have made it through two weeks now and I am in a frame of mind I have never experienced! I have lost a total of 6.5 lbs so far. I am attending WW and pray on this constantly. With God I can do this! I love reading all your positive words!

Good for you!! It always seems so much harder until you realize you can get some help. It is such a blessing knowing that we don't have to go it alone. Doesn't 195 seem like SUCH a better weight than 205?

Every day seems to get easier and my faith is strong. I just can't wait to see this body at 144 as I have been over that for 18 years! I can't believe it took me this long to get it!
