I'm currently starting to diet again to lose those last 50 lbs ... and really need support. Five years ago i weight 290 and today am at 217.5 ... would like to buddy up with someone who is in a similar situation for encouragement to keep me going ... how about it???

I started out 5 years ago doing the SlimFast plan - it worked for me and I lost nearly 70 lbs. The weight is still off but I have another 50 lbs to lose so have joined Herbal Magic to get the last of the weight off. I was 234 when I decided to join Herbal Magic and am now down to 217.5 -- I know with their help - and the help of some good buddies here - I will reach my goal of 170 lbs.

I work in a convenience store and am faced with choc bars and chips on a daily basis ... i need help!!
