Breakfast: mexican omlet, coffee
Snack: Laughing cow cheese and celery
Lunch: Cheese, ham, on lettuce leaf, mustard, cucumber slices
Snack: string cheese
Dinner: Baked chicken, salad, Ricotta cheese with cinnamon, vanilla and splenda
