Just wanted to start a new challenge... So Spring Fling (flinging of lbs
) 2005 sounded like fun. I'll end it on May 28, 2005 (that's memorial day weekend in the US right).So I challenge you to make 3 goals for yourself and also a goal of the week. Report in on the progress and support each other in the fling. You can include non weight/exercise goals if you wish! Start whenever you like (even if it's a month from the finish)
