Hi I am new to the forum and need to lose 80 + lbs! I am thinking about joining TOPS. I need to do something for support. I have played the diet yo yo thing for way to long. It would be nice to have a diet buddy or someone to talk with about my daily/weekly struggles. I am glad I found this forum!
