Hi Everyone,

It's been a long time since I posted. A lot has been going on and I really haven't been able to sit at the computer much. I had a ruptured disk in my lower back and it has taken weeks to get rid of the pain.
Needless to say, but I have gained weight and now I need to really get to work on losing what I have gained.
Coco, it's good to see that you are posting again, too.
Eleni, I hope you had a wonderfull Birthday.
Well, I can't stay here long. I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I hope to get here more often again.
