    40 min treadmill (5.9)
    40 min elliptical (lv.12)
    30 min circuit training
  • Monday--
    10 minute warm up-- 1 mile on Elliptical
    40 minutes weights (upper body)
    20 mintes on treadmill ( I can actually run a mile in 12 minutes and thats big stuff for me!!)
  • Sunday 30 min cardio
  • Monday:
    50 min. tennis
    50 min. hilly run
    25 min. walk
  • Tuesday:
    60 min. elliptical
  • Tuesday---

    45 minute Step Class
  • Tuesday:
    40 min. resistance training
  • Wednesday
    20 min run (6.0)
    20 min elliptical (lv.12)
    1 hour walk
  • 30 minutes @ 3.3 mph
  • Wednesday:
    25 min. walk
    1 hr. 12 min run - my first 10K!!! I did it on the road too (which accounts for at least 5 extra minutes of stopping at crosswalks and the like). That's 6.2 miles!
  • Wednesday--
    30 minutes on the treadmill-- (2.5 miles)
    Did not want to go-- but decided I had too--
