  • B: I made those marvelous little egg quiche cups but instead of using spinach, I used 6 eggs, black olives, onion, pimento, mushrooms, and a cup of cheese. It made 9 muffins. I'm having 2 with some salsa.

Sn: lean ham with cream cheese spread on and rolled up, 10 green olives (salt!)

L: tuna salad made with celery, onion, dill relish, chopped apple, and mayo; string cheese; cucumber slices

D: HB patty with FF cheese slice, salad with ranch.

And ... tada! On the way to work I stopped at 7-11 as usual for my morning drink but I got a big bottle of Propel water instead of coke!

    Yay, me!!

  • I feel so left out of the "split pea soup for lunch" crowd! Waaaahhhh!!!
  • My soup turned out really yummy. Never before would I have even tried split pea soup, much less enjoyed it though. I cooked up the peas for a long time with some onion and celery. Then I put about 2/3 of it through the blender so it was nice and smooth. Then I fried up some canadian bacon, stirred it in and simmered it for a while. Oh yeah, and I added lots of salt. Mmm. I'll have more tomorrow.
