I'm pretty sure that there are 4 points in a cadbury caramel egg as there are 4 points in the creme egg. The creme egg contains 180 calories and 6 grams of fat, if you would prefer the digits to do your own calculations. Hope this helps as the creme type happen to be my favorite indulgence. Nestle’s PB Mallow – 3 points (140 cal/8 fat/<1 fiber)
Nestle’s Baby Ruth – 4 points (170 cal/10 fat/<1 fiber)

Cadbury Chocolate Crème – 4 points (180 cal/8 fat/<1 fiber)
Cadbury Crème – 4 points (170 cal/6 fat/0 fiber)
Cadbury Caramel – 4 points (190 cal/6 fat/0 fiber)

and while I don't have the cal/fat/fiber on the Reese's I know they are 4 points as I had one yesterday.

That's okay, I had a lite hot chocolate and it conquered the craving

Yeah, sometimes its "give me chocolate or somebody's gonna get hurt!"

I found a jar of chocolate jelly beans (these are like Jelly Bellys) and it helped with my want of chocolate...and only 2 calories.
