Weekly Weigh-in 3/4-3/6

  • I'm so very proud to announce that yesterday I got on teh scale at the gym and weighed in at 117 and I was at 123 just about 2 weeks ago this dieting and i never knew how much the gym classes and working out would help, but last night I splurged and had some junk food with my girlfriend when we were watching the O.C. But I'm back on track this morning and worked out hard today and Im starting to tell myself it is ok to treat myself to something once in awhile as long as i stay focused! I'm so excited about this it makes me want to work out more!!! Have a good weekend ladies
  • Way to go Mel! An occasional splurge is good and if planned, it can be something to look forward to while being on target the rest of the week. Your weight loss is great. I am weighing in at 157 which isn't making the Easter goal look very good. Might have to re-adjust....
