    I just got a call from my big sis this morning. She and her husband have been doing SBD for just about a month now, and they have lost 21 and 24 pounds respectively!!! They're doing GREAT!

    They're not members of the forum (yet!...I'm working on them ), but I just wanted to share my joy with you all cuz I'm just too darned excited for them! Onward and upward (er...downward maybe)!
