I still love to jog, and do so on the weekends (when I can get my butt out the door) I think i will get back to jogging before work- then walking at work- then tae bo after work. I did that for about 2 weeks and kicked my own butt.
I just wanted to know if anyone else has used Billy's tapes or someone elses tae bo tapes and if it did anything for you.
