  • I actually just answered you in the other thread.

    Maybe a bit light on healthy oils and dairy. A bit light on your protein and veggies too.

    Here is a typical day for me:

    Breakfast: Kelly's Smoothie (3 veggie/fruits + 1 dairy) or Cereal and Milk (1 dairy)

    Midmorn snack: usualy fruit

    Lunch: Large salad w/Light dressing (while not a healthy oil usually unless I make myself this is my second oil), sandwich, baked chips (on occasion), fruit and yogurt

    Midafternoon snack: usually fruit

    Dinner: 3-6 oz lean protein/meat, starch (3 points either rice or potato and occasionally pasta), 2-3 cups free veggies (with 1 tsp healthy oil)

    Evening snack: Pudding or a modified cake or modified pie or lowfat ice cream if I want something.
