Hey everyone, I have been lurking here for quite a while, I used to post under a different nick in the Atkins subforum - until I quit Atkins. It was way too restrictive and I wasn't coping well.

After what seems like an age of trying to make up my mind, I've ordered my WW@home kit and am really looking forward to shifting this extra 35kg (77lb, omg)

I started yesterday, my materials only took 2 days to arrive!
