Newbies and Buddies Challenge Week #2

  • Well, since it seems like everyone did well on the water challenge and nobody started a new challenge for this week, I guess I'll come up with something again. I wonder where my daughter gets her bossiness from

    So this week's challenge is to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day for at least 3 days. Break it up however you want (10 minutes at a time or all at once), and do whatever exercise makes you happy (yoga, walking, kickboxing, swimming, etc.) Just get moving! We can do this.
