Time to get serious because Spring is defiitely arriving in March.
Please post your targets for March here and I'll put them all into a sticky by March 1. I'd appreciate it if you did not post February results (or excuses) or questions in here as they may get missed when I delete transcribed posts. We'll do February results on Monday and Tuesday next week.
My target for March is to lose 5 pounds so I can buy that LCD monitor!
