I got one of those Fruit2O things this morning. Says that it is Naturally Fruit Flavored Spring Water. It is sweetened with Splenda. Basically it is just flavored water.
Can I cound this toward my waters for the day?

Gee, I would say yes but maybe somebody else can clarify it further?
I think you can count flavored water as half your day's waters. Like, they can count for up to 3. Or maybe that's just diet soda? Anyway, I'd say count them, but make sure you get regular water in too.
Is that stuff any good? I've been thinking about trying it.

I got the peach flavored one and it was incredible. Tasted like I was biting into a fresh peach.
Then at lunch, I got a different brand called AquaCal since they didn't have fruit20 and it's sweetened with aspartame and doesn't taste as good.
Amanda,
I'm pretty sure it counts as regular water. It has 0 calories and is caffeine free. I like the raspberry and the strawberry. Almost makes you feel as though you've eaten something because it has flavor. I started buying the crystal light packs to go; that you just dump into a bottled water. They have 5 calories, but I think they are less expensive.

Lisa-
If you shop at Wal-mart they have their brand of the on the go pouches for bottled water. I'm addicted to the Wal-mart brand peach tea. It's almost a dollar cheaper per box of 10 than Crystal Lite.
Thanks Amanda I'll check it out next time I go, probably on Thursday.

Fruit 2O is Core. I think it counts for your water but I'll try to remember to ask my Leader on Thursday.
Has anyone tried the new Dasani waters? They come in Lemon and Raspberry but my store only had the lemon. Very tangy yummy flavor but there was some sodium in there I noticed. I love the Fruit2O as well and I think like everyone else said it can count for up to half of your daily water intake.

I haven't seen it but I'm going to start trying some of these! It's a great way to get some water down ... which we all seem to have a problem with.
