I truly remember why I don't like sewing!!! I have cut and pinned and cut and re-pinned so many times. I think it's because I'm trying to line it and the lining is stretching or something. But it's making me NUTS!!!
Guess we'd do alot more stuff if I would fit. Someday!!! I'm with you on trying to avoid my favorites at certain restaurants. Like when we go Chineese, I want sweet and sour chicken. And when we go Italian, I want Veal Parmesean. There's no discussing it, there's no low fat negotiations, that's what I'm having, and I'm NOT taking 1/2 of it home!!!! I guess the trick is to not go there too often, and never to both in one week!

Now that is a rather hard pill to swallow. Mean spirited person has been letting them out also and the calls from neighbors have been getting earlier and earlier progressivly. Like this mornings was at 5:30. A section of fencing is even missing this time. So they are in a different location now that no one dares to bother.
Whoever suggested I get a bird..... that is an intertaining idea.
I think we will sell the colts leaving us with Turn and the chickens. I am afraid Turn would give a bird a heart attack.
I hope I can get over it...
Not weighing in over a week has been very liberating. But I'm still faithful to the journal and have exercised the last three days. Eventually, with dedication, I will see progress.

Oh well, there is always today, right?
I am so proud of you for getting on that bike! I used to be quite a rider myself. I still think that bike riding, on a real bike outside, is my favorite form of exercise. I haven't done it in years though. I am sure that you will build yourself back up to your old stamina in no time! Sorry to hear about those winds though...
Way to go with those "leftover" points.
But I gotta tell ya, that DARN cape is done, over, kaput!!!
We had dinner last night at a steakhouse that is about 1/2 way between home and the baby's school. So we met there for his birthday. He was really pleased with all of it. I'm really glad!
He had to take it back to school with him to show all the guys. That made me feel real good!
) It was a gain.
A significant gain.
I will do better this week.

Maybe running and hiding is the improvement. You hate to see animals suffer especially when they can't tell us if they're hurting. Sounds like your trip to Manhattan was wonderful, sorry it all put you in a foul mood!
It was a Baskin Robbins two scoop sundae!
I was in there ordering a cake for a party that we have at the office today, and just could not leave empty handed.
So today won't be much better... We have that office party for a co-worker who was promoted, and then later on tonight Brian & I are going to a Beer Dinner. Tomorrow, I will be having dinner with a good friend, and Saturday I have a surprise party for another one of my good friends. Sunday I am going into Manhattan with Brian to see an art exhibit, and Monday is Memorial Day!!!! Will it ever be convenient for me to back on program?!? Or, perhaps that is my problem... If I wait for it to be convenient, it will never be...
Don't you worry about that gain either. We shall overcome!
I'm here early this morning. And you know what that means, I'll probably be here again later tonight too. Oh no, you'll have to put up with me twice in one day!!!! Wow am I in a weird mood. Can you tell?????
Hey, what else could it be???? Glad Bart is doing better and at least you have a cause for the problem. Poor thing!!! Wow, you're week sounds very full. Make yourself a pot of Taco Soup so that any meals you have at home or can carry to work are low point ones. It will get you through. Get the 5 fruits/veggies in and the water and you'll be fine, even with the eating out.
I don't know if I want to ask but what is a 'Beer dinner'. Is it where you don't eat anything, you just drink beer??? That could be fun!!!!
Hope the surgeon has a good report for you. It'll be nice if you're all back to normal.
