My February weight goal

  • was met this morning! woohooo! This is such a great WOE! I'm amazed at how easily the weight is coming off! I'm so excited

    amb_lyn - It looks like only 8 was her February goal and the rest was in January. Once you are out of phase 1, it is best to lose 1-2 pounds a week maximum.
  • I really don't know why I am losing so well. LOL...I'm just eating lots of veggies, protein and a small portion of fruit and grains each day. I exercise almost everyday as well. I think something just clicked for me with this plan. Also, I used to be really obsessed with menu planning, etc. but that has stopped. I don't think about food much at all. A very nice feeling!
