Snack: cottage w/fruit cup (I think someone asked about this? - found it at a local non-major food chain - made by Dairyland 0.8% fat, cottage chesse in 4 pack, about 1/2 c each - 2 w/pineapple and 2 w/strawberries - also saw a plain 4 pack as well w/1% cottage cheese).

Dinner- okay now I realize nothing is defrosted - will need to call dh to get some boneless/skinless chicken out of freezer - probably a stir-fry w/brown rice!

    snack: popcorn?

How does it look so far.

I am still having trouble with the wanting to eat a bit more and being hungry. Any tips. For example I just ate lunch and am not hungry, but would like a bit of fruit. How do you handle?
  • Kally, my WW Leader said if you are eating to the just satisfied level, it is not uncommon to be hungry 3 hours later. I'd have some fruit, steamed veggie or a salad. You probably need a little more volume from your veggies.
