  • Sunday: 1 hr gym circuit

    5 min on treadmill
    10 reps at each machine

    7 min on bike
    12 reps at each machine

    15 min on crosstrainer
    10 reps at each machine

    40 min walk w/ mom
  • Sunday:
    2 hours of softball
  • Sunday:
    15 min UB weights

    Monday:
    30 min. run
    50 min. tennis
    20 min. walk
    20 min. LB weights

    Tuesday:
    35 min. run
    30 min. bike
    30 min. walk
    20 min. weights
  • Tues:

    30 min crosstrainer
    10 min arm free weights
  • Tuesday:
    2 miles bike
    1-mile walk
    40 mins. weights
  • Wednesday:
    30 min. run
    30 min. walk
    20 min. UB weights
  • Wednesday:
    60 mins. elliptical

    mon - 60 mins crosstrainer
    tues - off
    wed - 50 mins elliptical
    thurs - 80 mins upper body incorporating cardio (ex: 2 chest exercises and then 5 minutes of cardio, 2 back exercises then 5 minutes of cardio, etc)
  • Thursday-
    about 35 min. run
    no weights, which means I'll have to do both UB and LB today. I'm not planning on any other exercise in prep for tomorrow's race.
  • Thursday:
    50 min. elliptical

    Friday:
    4 miles on the bike
    40 min. weights
  • Thurs:

    30 min crosstrainer

    Sat:

    1.30 cardio class
  • Saturday:
    30 min. run

    Sunday:
    90 min. tennis
    35 min. weights (UB & LB)
  • Saturday:
    30 min elliptical
    60 min upright bike

    Sunday:
    20 min pilates DVD
    3 miles walking on track
  • Saturday:
    3-mile walk
  • Monday:
    4 min. jog (my shins weren't having it so....)
    30 min. bike
    25 min. walk
