Congrats, Sis & Jules & everyone else who lost!
As for me, I was totally OP all week. Stayed within my points each and every day (between the middle and high end of the range), drank my water, did some exercise (not a lot, mind you, but a bit more than usual), even ate 3-7 servings of fruits and veggies every day. My reward? A 1.4 pound gain on the scales today! Gosh doesn't that make ya motivated
Now, I weighed myself at home this morning (and don't start yelling at me not to weigh at home -- it's just something I have to do for myself), and was down more than 2 pounds from last week's home weigh-in. So how is there now a 6 pound difference between my scale at home and the one at WW? To top it off, the snippy lady that weighed me (not our leader, who I like, but some little old biddy helper I'd never seen before) looked at me like I was lying when I told her that just wasn't possible, since I had been OP all week.
I was at least a little proud of myself. After weighing in my first instinct was that if I'm going to gain weight, I might as well just eat whatever the heck I want (which at that moment was an italian beef and cheese fries!). But I knew I'd kick myself if I did that, so I settled for 2 2-point chicken tacos and some black beans. They were actually quite good.
Here's sincerely hoping that all of you fare much better!!!
Laura~
