I am planning on starting Atkins next week. I did it once before years ago so I know the plan but I have few questions about carb counts.

- What is the carb count on Diet soda due to the sweetener?

- What is the carb count on Fruit2O since it is sweetened with splenda?

fitday.com might help you with the diet soda, but probably not the fruit20....I may be wrong here but since you have to count 1 gram for each packet of splenda I'd say it may be the same with diet drinks
