Hi there! This is my first time on 3fc. After many attempts to do sbd alone, I am going to try to see how it works with support. I am on day two of phase 1 and so wish me luck!
Any suggestions to helping it to stick? Also, How did you all get those cool weight trackers? I created one but I cannot get it to attach to the post.
