boneless chicken breast

    Can anyone tell me how many points a roasted boneless/skinless chicken breast is? Just one side of the breast. I searched & found legs etc. but no breast. Thanks in advance for your help.

    in general boneless skinless chicken breast is 1 point per ounce cooked

    in general legs/thights are 1.5 points per ounce cooked
