Hey everyone,

I was just wondering what you guys like to spend your flex points on. Do you have a favorite splurge? Do you spend them all at once or do you use them throughout the week? I think I want to save mine this week for something sweet and delicious. Any ideas?

I usually spend about 1/2 of them in one night (usually Friday) and then 3 or 4 per day thereafter.

I use mine of a night out with the girls = alcohol mostly. I am not one for sweets really. Although, I've been craving conversation hearts lately!

Jenne have you lost all of your wieght with the flex plan? It looks like your doing a great job!

I plan to spend a few more than normal tonight.

I spread them out daily by 5 points a day and if I don't use them all they roll over to the next day..if I use more I take how many I need from what is left in the week so I can keep as many as I can each day.

I usually use a few each day (I don't count AP, just use FPs). That way, I have enough for a couple of RF cookies or ice cream at the end of the day. Then, I usually have a few extras for the weekend. Last week, the splurge was my FIL's apple pie. YUM!!! This week, I will save some up for a Valentine date/dinner. I have Italian on my mind. Maybe split a canoli. Mmmm....

My favorite spurgle is Goldfish. I absolutely love those little guys. I have to watch it when I spurgle though. I spurgled last night and I'm going to end up paying for it this week. It will be okay though.

I plan to use mine mostly on chocolate.

What has worked for me in the past is to use them for either a really nice dinner out with my husband, or a rich and sinful ice cream treat. It's a great way for me to not feel like I'm missing anything. Since it worked before, I'm going to stick with it!

What's left from that goes into the daily 'emergency' fund.

I tend to use mine by having a glass of wine in the evening. I also LOVE the reduced fat Wheat Thins.
