    For the first time in too many years to count my weight in pounds starts with a big number one . Soon, if I a really good girl I mght have a new stones number too!!

    Congratulations Stef......... I am so proud of you, and I really am trying to become a ONER again...... I don't know what's wrong with me lately... I have no motivation, stay on plan for two or three days and then turn into a giant PIG!


    But I hope within the next few months I too can say...... I'm a ONER... just like Stef.
