Hi everyone,
I am new to this site and so thrilled to have found it! I am 29, have 2 children 9 & 5. I have put on about 40lbs in the last 3 years. I had a hysterectomy and just started gaining like crazy. I just started eating healthier, cut out soda, and have started to exercise. I keep telling myself I have to stick to this! My health has started to suffer from the weight gain, I now have high blood pressure, and take medicine daily for that, I also have pain in my knees. It also is affecting my marriage and my self-esteem. I am one who needs support and little pushes to stick with a diet. I am looking forward to getting to know all of you, giving, and recieving support.

). Anyway, he has brought junk into the house and I have been able to ignore it and get my own snacks. Anyway, I think what I am trying to say is the first few days were an adjustment for me. And if you set up your environment it might make it easier?
