Hello everyone. My name is Vicki and I am a 37 yr old SAHM of 4 (15yr,12yr,7yr,3yr) who is happily married. In November DH was told to start the SB diet and so Dec. 1 we started. He has lost 15 pounds (we slacked off from Christmas til this week) and I lost 5 only to gain it back (DH maintained). This Monday we restarted and well so far so good. Today I weighed in and received a big surprise of 3 pounds gone. I have lurked here for some time now and want to say Thank You to all for the wonderful recipes and such that I have been finding here. You have truly made my life a lot easier and I look forward to joining this wonderful group!
