1 packet instant plain oatmeal w/some sf vanilla syrup
decaf w/2% evap milk
Lunch:
the leftover (free food) salad
1 small can tuna
light ranch dressing
BIG FAT JUICY navel orange
Snack:
raw veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots) or apple
Dinner:
salmon steak, boiled potatoes and broccoli
rice pudding
Snack if required: popcorn or yogurt
That should do it??? MUST EXERCISE TONIGHT!
