  • My goal for February will be 120. It's a short month, so I don't know if I'll make it or not.

  • My goal for Febuary is the same as for January--
    Walk 30 miles
    Bike 30 miles

    I met my biking goal for Jan, but not my walking goal. I'll try to do better this month!

    Hope to do many more miles on the beach. I hope that my expectations can keep up with my body. Last year I did so good. I only hope that I can do half as much.
