Quick Question~~How much water should I drink?

  • As stupid as this sounds typing out, I have no clue how much water I should drink a day. Any suggestion? Thanks!
  • Try drinking 8 eight ounce glasses. That sounds like a lot when you're not used to drinking much water, but it's important. Has many health benefits, keeps the metabolism working well, and flushes out all the bad stuff. I drink around 10 usually.
  • 8 glasses of 8 ozs is recommended but really you should drink half your body weight- at 211, you should drink 105 oz a day. crystal lite, ice tea, any form of water counts if you can't handle plain water.
