I'm up early. Could not sleep. I don't normally get up until 10 or 11 because I work second shift. Not that it has anything to do with what I'm saying. LOL
Anyway I've decided just this morning that to day is the day I need to get off my but and take the plunge. I'm joining our local YMCA. I need to start exercising and I really want to start a swiming routine. So here I go.


Swimming is such a great "all over" exercise and I'm sure you'll experience the benefits immediately! Just imagine - you'll be losing even faster (not only pounds, but inches too), strengthening and toning those muscles, feeling that "all pumped up feeling" you get after a good workout, and all without irritating your back. Bet it won't be long now before you break into the "200s"!!
