vegetarian new to south beach, help me

  • Hi, I'm new here and need any advice you can give me. I need to know if this can be done for 2 weeks on phase 1, as a vegetarian. The recipes on the next forum lead me to believe that it can be done, if I don't get sick of eggs. If I can get past phase 1, I think I'll be fine. I thank you in advance for getting me off to a good start. This program seems right for me, since I have hernia surgery looming in the near future and the dr. told me to lose the belly fat or it will not last. Love, Neema
  • Hi, Neema, and welcome to The Beach. Eggs, milk, soy products and legumes will help you get going on Phase I. Do you eat cheese? It will help too. Good luck!
