Menus for Friday, January 21, 2005

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/4 homemade applesauce added in

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with Borden FF american single and some ketchup

    Snack: FF/SF hot chocolate powder in 1 cup skim, 1 banana and 2 ice cubes for a cold smoothie.

    Dinner: Not sure yet. Depends on whether or not we can go out. Will edit later.

    Dessert: White chocolate SF/FF pudding with FF Cool Whip

    Lunch: Lean Cuisine Steak Tips Portabello
    Dinner: not sure yet but probably a very big salad from the neighborhood bar
    Snack: water?
  • Kathy, I take the fact that you'll have salad for dinner and water for snack that this is a low day on the Wendie plan? How do you do it? I'm a big whiner when I'm hungry.

  • How do I do it? I whine a lot.

    It's a 1350 day, which is so-so. Having that big 1900 day helped because I was down a pound yesterday. I guess I loaded my body up and it kicked into super-burn mode, but then I switched to lower carb foods, mostly Core, for yesterday and fooled it. It was still burning but I wasn't still eating big so I got some of my stored fat burned.
  • Seems to be working Kathy - so go ahead and WHINE a little - we don't mind! (as long as you do it on this thread and not the other one ha ha ha ha ha
