Jan 20 Menu

  • Here's what I had today:

    b: malt o meal with banana, Splenda and a little skim milk
    l: Mediterranean couscous (see recipe board) and skim milk
    s: clementine (and some Chex mix )
    d: Balsamic Roasted Chicken and boiled new potatoes with spray butter and salt
    after dinner: some other fruit or veggie
