6 pounds in 3 days???

  • I just weighed myself and saw the scale had moved down 4 pounds.....in only 3 days!! Is that normal, could it be true????? Any feedback would be appreciated.
  • Sure, the scale can move that much in the first few days of any diet. It's mostly water weight and that's normal for when you start a diet. Within a week or so, you'll see your losses slow down to a typical (and healthy) one to two pounds a week.
