    Maybe a snack of popcorn in the evening.........Lots of Water
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal with skim milk, splenda, and cooked in medium banana

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with Borden FF american cheese slice and some ketchup

    Snack: Del Monte peach cup drained made into a smoothie with Splenda and skim

    Dinner: Chipotle chicken with beans and rice

    Snack: SF/FF pudding and 2T FF Cool Whip

    10-8oz glasses of water; 3-8 oz glasses of decaf coffee; 2 cans decaf soda
  • First: Coke on the way to work

    Breakfast: Egg quiche (blech)

    Snack: Banana

    Lunch: Tomato soup, cheese/lettuce sandwich, and milk

    Dinner: Probably a teeny piece of chicken and some broccoli -- family is having King Ranch Chicken casserole but I don't think I can make it into a core-friendly dish.

    Drinks: Lots of water, 1 cup of green tea, 1 coke (and maybe another)

    shredded wheat w/lactose free skim milk 6(oz)

    On course:
    coffee w/cream & milk (12 oz) 1 point

    apple
    1 babybel cheese thingie (boy was this delish!!!) - 2 points
    green tea w/1 splenda (12 oz)
    18 oz water

    Lunch:
    beef barley cabbage soup
    1 banana
    18 oz water

    Snack:
    sf/ff butterscotch pudding
    finish 3rd 18 oz bottle of water (slosh, slosh, slosh...)

    Dinner (big rush - lots of "chauffering to do!)
    not sure - either leftover chicken or roast beef
    brussel sprouts
    baked potato
    plum

    Starbucks (while I wait for dd at tap class!)
    YOU GUESSED IT! One grande decaf nonfat cappuccino, and for a splurge two pumps of sf vanilla syrup (what a wild and crazy girl!)
