I was wondering if any of you have done either Tae Bo or Leslie Sanson's Walk Away the Pounds videos/dvds and if so which would you recommend? Would they be considered cardio or something else?
Which would you recommend to someone like myself whom is very out of shape(just starting out) and has around 140 lbs to lose(yes you read that right 140 lbs)?
Also I don't have very much room to work out in. I would say about the size of 5 feet by 5 feet.

From what I've heard, they're great for people of all fitness levels...
