did anyone watch the jerry springer opera?

  • i stayed in just to watch it when all the fuss started. and i have to say it was the funniest thing i have watched since "The Life of Brian". i spent the majority laughing so badly i was almost in tears. can't wait for the dvd to come out
  • I would have loved to watch it, but impossible due to weather - I'm sure you saw it all on the news - 30 hours without power!!
  • you in carlise? my great aunt is just outside and is flooded not into the house though just got upto her doorstep
  • Just outside Carlisle, the village where my boys go to school is still without power, and older boy is doing A level exam today. Had to queue for 15 mins to get deisel.
  • Yes I saw it. I was really looking forward to it as I kept trying to get my lazy arse down tot he theatre to see it. Then I nearly missed it on the tv but luckily turned it on just in time.

    WONDERFUL!!

I bet it had some people foaming at the mouth but I loved it!!!

David Soul was very good at Jerry Springer, wasn't he?

I hope it isn't true that the Beeb guy is in hiding from religious nutters. I bet they never even watched it. Probably the same ones who wet their knix over Life of Brian....
  • we got mum & dad to record it for us, was very good!

I don't think the religious bit was all that bad anyway! After all "Jerry" rounded it off quite nicely!!
