  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce added

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with FF Borden slice

    Snack: Banana smoothie

    Dinner: Mixed field greens salad (tomatoes and mushrooms) with FF Honey Dijon. Steak, baked potato, and steamed broccoli

    Snack/Dessert: Popcorn or Peach "cheesecake"

  • B: Crustless pumpkin pie w/ff whipped topping and skim milk
    L: pasta fagioli soup sans the pasta and brown rice puffs
    S: apple and popcorn
    D: sticky roasted chicken, greens and beans, polenta patties fried in olive oil

  • B: weight watchers whole wheat toast
    L: salad with tuna and sun dried tomato and basil, carrots
    Snack: a huge Florida orange
    S: tomato soup, sandwich with ff chicken salad which included chopped up green pepper, onion, celery and carrots

    pistacho nuts for a snack, green tea

    walked tonight out in that brrr cold......took me an hour to warm up
