Hi, I made a delicious core recipe soup tonight that had 1/2 cup cooked brown rice in the whole pot. I also made the core recipe corn bread and wondered if it was against the rules for me to have a bowl of soup plus a serving of corn bread! I know the grains are limited to one meal a day...but does that mean one serving of only one...one meal a day! Thanks for the info!

Alicia, only pasta/potatoes/rice are limited to once a day. It is legal to have rice and corn meal at the same meal. What a great program!
