I'm not sure if this can help someone else but it's worth a shot. When I was heavy, I would fluctuate about 6 or 7 pounds around my periods. When I lost weight the fluctuation was only 2 or 3 pounds and once in a while none. But over Christmas it was 5 again. Which leads me to wonder if it's the weight or just better eating habits. Either way, it's something to think about. Another reason to eat right and lose, yes?
Another thing that really helps with PMS bloating is drinking water, at LEAST 64 oz, I've been drinking a gallon of water a day and it really helps keep the water weight down.
