I am so excited to have found this site. I am 4'11 and weight 170 lbs and need alot of help. I am hypoglycemic (recently diagnosed) and am not sure which plan is better for me, the core or flex. I do tend to get hungry alot (atleast I think I am, it could be just low blood sugar). I would appreciate and welcome some suggestions or comments on how to do this. Is there anyone one this board who is hypoglycemic? And if so, what are you doing?
I am a second grade school teacher, so I need to make what I eat last without feeling the need to grab a quick sugar fix. Please help. Menus are greatly welcomed also. I look forward to building lasting friendship. God bless!
