Wednesday Menus, 12/29

  • b: large fruit salad
    l: small steak, brown rice w/black beans
    d: grilled chicken, veggies, maybe some polenta
    s: milk, yogurt w/pineapple, crackers (4 points)
  • B: glass of milk, 1 slice of Sara Lee Delightful toast, oatmeal
    L: nothing -- I was running around crazy all day
    D: mexican food out with my husband, his sister and brother-in-law. I'm trying to decide what to have. It'll probably be fajitas and I'll just eat the meat and vegetables. Hopefully it won't be too bad.
  • b: Malt o meal farina w/skim milk & Splenda, clementine
    l: bean soup w/lean ham, skim milk
    d: chili & green beans, skim milk
    s: popcorn

  • B: 1 egg, 1 soy sausage patty, mixed with onion and suated.
    L: Salad with 2 thin strips steak, chicken noodle soup
    D: Potatoes au gtatin with chicken and mixed veggie (my son 14 year old made this meal and it was really good. He made it using all Core Foods for me.)
  • b: ff cottage cheese, decaf coffee
    L: bean/beef burrito
    S: Quizmo's chicken sub on whole wheat

    Ugh......shopping all day, hopefully burned off the points!
