Menus for Monday, Dec. 27

  • Time for that again!!!

    B: an egg cooked in Pam, few slices of bacon (pts.)
    L: tomato soup
    D: not sure but I think we're going out -- if so, it'll be a big big salad.

    I'm not all that hungry lately; I think I'm still getting over the exhaustion of going and going and going the last few days.
  • Time to get back on track.

    b: two hard-boiled eggs
    l: brown rice w/beans and shredded grilled chicken
    s: large fruit salad, ff plain yogurt w/pineapple
    d: ground beef w/couscous and mixed veggies, milk
  • B: rolled oats w/banana & skim milk
    L: green salad w/white beans, tomato soup
    D: scrambled eggs, lean ham, fruit salad
    Snack: 94% ff popcorn

  • not a great menu today but......

    b: ff lime yogurt
    l: fibre one cereal and ff milk, banana
    s: chili, ff sour cream, low fat cheese, coors light.....points and crustless pumpkin pie (which has saved me today......did not feel like veggies)
    Snack: orange

    not feeling all that hungry, TOM is here........ugh
  • B: Huge apple
    L: Leafy greens, tomatoes and grilled chicken
    D: Cliff's taco casserole (recipe on this site), peach, cuccumber slices

    water, water and more water all day
