Im Tiffany from Ohio, I'm a 30 year old mother of 2, and have a wonderful man in my life who loves me the way I am. That helps a lot but, I'm unhappy with myself. I have about 75 lbs to lose, and I'd like to reach my goal by my next birthday, which is October. The last time I was serious about losing weight, I lost 75 lbs , (with the help of an online buddy ) I gained some with pregnancy, but I've managed to keeo 40 of that off for 7 years. I am also ready to get to my goal weight in 2005, and by October sounds good to me! I have three children and a supportive husband - but am just sick of the extra weight. I have 65 pounds to lose and am determined to make 2005 the year I achieve a healthy weight. I enjoy exercising and like healthy foods - my biggest challenge is portion control.
