that if I wait until after the holiday to get back on plan I may not. So I'm 100% back on plan today. I think I will even try to stay on plan Christmas Eve and Christmas day. I've had so many treats that I feel lousy and know I have probably gained 10 pounds. I'm not weighing until after the first of the year though.
My mood has already changed today from being depressed to feeling much better.




sure Christmas is going to be a big day, and maybe New Years, but it's great that you're not just waiting. Don't get down on yourself, it's a process, right?
