Sugar Free Fudge

  • A gal on my chronic pain board posted this. I haven't tried it, but it does sound good.


    16 oz. cream cheese, softened

    2oz. unsweetened Chocolate,
    Melted and cooled

    1/2 cup Bulk Splenda

    1 tsp. vanilla

    1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

    In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, chocolate, Splenda and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Line an 8" square baking pan with tin foil. Pour mixture into pan.
    Cover and refridgerate overnight Cut into 16 squares. Served Chilled.
